A brief but fierce winter rainstorm had just passed, and another was rushing towards us. The sun peeked out and briefly spotlighted the freshly washed pastures and yucca just south of Marfa, Texas. I withstood the 30 mph winds long enough to capture a few images before the next storm forced me to shelter.
